Refund policy
Thank you for your purchase from The Household Brand LLC. We are committed to providing quality products and transparent service. Please review our most recent return policy, which includes specific terms regarding return shipping and restocking fees.
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only in cases of significant shipping damage or if a brand-new product is received with a defect that cannot be repaired by a local technician (e.g., issues requiring guitar setup or electronics repair upon arrival).
- Products must be inspected upon receipt to determine if they qualify for a return.
Time Frame for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns beyond this period are not accepted.
Condition of Returned Products:
- Returned products must be received in the same condition as they were delivered to you, with all original packaging materials included.
- Any products returned without their original packaging or in a condition different from how they were received will not be eligible for a refund.
- Any modifications, damage beyond the initial report, or tampering with the product will void the refund policy.
Restocking Fee:
- All returns, except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers part of the costs associated with processing returns.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Ensure the product is safely and securely packaged for return shipping.
Return Process:

- We will assess your return request and, if approved, provide instructions for the return.
Refunds:
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund, minus any applicable restocking fees, to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exclusions:
- Used and B-stock products are not returnable unless they are in a condition different from the original description.
- Deposits and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
